Target:

The company faced the need to increase employee engagement in the processes of training, communication and adaptation to digital tools that were already installed in the company. The bank needed the help of external HR-tech and gamification specialists to make internal services and educational materials more interesting and accessible, as well as to create a motivation system that would reward active employees for their participation in corporate life.
