Page Builder

WIKI pages with a convenient visual editor allow you not only to place text and graphic content on the pages “About the company”, “Mission, values”, “Where to eat” and similar, but also to equip them with interactive widgets: for example, on the page of the seller’s contest, in addition to the rules, an automatically updated rating of participants can be immediately placed, and on the New Year’s plan page, a widget for registration to participate in the “Secret Santa”.

Filters

You can refine the conditions of a full–text search using filters – by content type, author, as well as using sorting by creation or modification dates. If you need to organize the materials in a folder in a certain way, you can assign a numeric position to each material, which will determine the sorting.

Directory of links

If only files can be grouped into folders in our usual “Explorer” on a computer, then there are also pages and even links in our knowledge base! Thus, the knowledge base becomes more versatile and there is no need to create files like readme.txt to place the necessary link to an external resource in it.

Folder structure

Any materials – files, pages, and links – are organized in the usual folder structure, with the management of rights to read and modify both the folders themselves and the materials inside them. Almost familiar. There is a secret in our folders – one object can be placed in several folders at the same time and there is no need to create copies or shortcuts.

Search

Full-text search is performed both by the names of any objects (files, pages, links, folders) including the contents of files.

File editor

Online editing of uploaded files is possible by calling a desktop editor (MS Office, LibreOffice, etc.) – already, and soon it will also be possible using an online editor.
