The functionality of mobile application

You can organize employee interaction on the basis of a corporate social network or use the portal only for informing – in the format of a news feed. Comments, likes, @mentions, #hashtags, post formatting, filters will be available in both cases.
The portable LMS will allow employees to improve their skills not only at the workplace, but also on the road, while waiting in line or anywhere else. And mobile microlearning in the format of quizzes will help to keep professional knowledge in tone.
A simple search through the list of colleagues will allow you not only to find contacts of  the necessary employee and call or send an e-mail directly from the application, but also to familiarize yourself with his or her profile: what writes about, what awards has, what is interested in and so on.
The portal provides various forms of surveys – from quick pulse polls in a social network to multi-component questionnaires on loyalty, engagement and so on. Employees can also support each other with virtual thank-yous or evaluate each other’s work in the format of detailed positive and negative feedback.

Thanking using virtual currency, collecting badges, participating in creative contests, competitive projects, shopping in the virtual benefits store are available in the same way as in the desktop version of the portal.

You can use the default portal structure or modify it to suit your needs using a handy page editor and a rich catalog of ready-made widgets, which you can also expand on your own. Branding is easily customizable in the administration console or deeper – using custom CSS.

Information about employees can be presented both in the form of a phone book and in the format of an organizational structure. You can also structure any reference information on the portal – available benefits, information about products and services, etc.

For newcomers to your company there are training materials in the form of structured online courses, as well as a knowledge catalog – welcome book, instructions, answers to FAQs collected in a special section. Mentors/baddies (and their remuneration using gamification) can also be organized on the portal.

The portal will allow you to organize the collection and processing of employee ideas – from initial moderation to successful implementation, and will provide visual statistics on employee activity and the progression of ideas through the funnel. Creative contests will help engage employees in finding solutions to target requests, and gamification promotes high engagement.

Ordering information, calling couriers, and obtaining passes can be implemented directly in the interface of the mobile application or configured in the format of accessing other services that will open inside the application as web view sections.

The convenient portal configurator allows you to use it as a single information hub for employees, whose navigation includes not only internal sections, but also a catalog of links to external services, including seamless transition (end-to-end authentication). The portal menu provides an unlimited number of nesting levels and is equipped with a search.
