Survey builder

Create your own questionnaire with single and multiple choice questions, matrix, open-ended questions, number, date, time, etc. There is no limit to the number of questions per questionnaire and anonymity is possible.

Scheduler and regularity

You can conduct the same survey on a regular basis – once a month, quarterly, annually – and you don’t need to create a new survey, just add a session to an existing one. And to avoid the situation when a dozen questionnaires will be dropped on your employees at once, you use a visual scheduler with sessions displayed on a timeline.

Branching

Set up surveys with different branches of scenarios that will depend on respondents’ answers. For example, if a respondent answered “yes” to the question “Were you at the HRTech conference?”, the next question would be for them to “Share your impressions?”, while if the answer was “no”, the next question would be “Were you at the gamification conference?”.

Scoring

Clear statistics for loyalty, engagement, NPS surveys. Based on the numerical values in the respondents’ answers, the selected scoring option is automatically calculated: the average value for each question, the average value for a group of questions and ranges. Values are calculated for each employee and also grouped by departments.
The constructor offers ready-made numerical scales and color coding for them, or you can customize the display yourself in the colors of the company’s brandbook.

Audience management

Surveys can be assigned to all employees, or they can be assigned to specific audiences: by occupation, organizational affiliation, geography, and others.

Statistics and reports

For every survey, a visual statistic is generated to quickly evaluate results, but you can also upload a detailed Excel report, including responses to open-ended questions.
