Track constructor

for the rapid adaptation of new employees

This is not just a course or a guide for beginners; it’s a convenient tool that allows you to create an unlimited number of adaptation (onboarding) trajectories for new employees, and it helps managers and mentors track the progress of newcomers and provide productive support during their first steps at the company.

The functionality of the track constructor module.

Track builder

The adaptation track consists of a set of steps: complete a course, study the material in the knowledge base or corporate social network, upload documents, fill out the profile, complete a survey, perform an arbitrary task for example, meet with a mentor 1:1. The builder also allows you to create tasks that involve other specialists — for example, assign tasks to the system administrator, who must prepare the workplace.

Sequence and deadlines

The track steps can be executed sequentially or in any order  as determined by the administrator when configuring the track. Deadlines can be set for the steps, as well as trigger points — for example, launching a survey 7, 30, and 90 days after the start of work.

Moderation

Steps that the system can track automatically — completing a course, taking a survey, uploading files — can be marked as completed automatically. Steps that require moderation — for example, reviewing special assignments, submitting a 1:1 meeting report — are sent for moderation to a manager, mentor, buddy, or other specialist who must confirm that the step has been completed.

Manager’s account

The manager can see the progress of their team’s adaptation and can also review the steps sent for moderation. This role can be assigned not only to the immediate supervisor — according to the organizational structure — but also to a mentor, buddy, or other specialist who supports the employee during the onboarding process.

Statistics

For each employee, a detailed record is kept of the steps completed and the timeliness of their completion; the administrator can export a report on the status of onboarding in the administrative console, and the manager can view the overall progress of the team in their personal account.

Other tools

In addition to tracks, you can also use constantly available beginner’s guides, courses that a person can refer to not only during the onboarding process but also later, quizzes, gamification elements, etc.

Adaptation is tailored to your company’s specific needs.

Modern organizations must constantly monitor the moods and well‑being of their employees, prevent burnout, collect feedback “from the field,” and also provide feedback to the employees themselves. That’s why at “Pryaniki” we combine various formats for working with feedback, with the questionnaire builder taking the leading position. The process builder is highly flexible and can be customized to meet the company’s current needs. We’re sometimes surprised by the interesting ways our clients find to use the builder.

We’re surprised — and we adopt those ideas. 🙂

Reviews from customers of the “Pryaniki” corporate network

Now everyone knows that “DHLWOOD” is a safe space where you can freely share photos from a completed masterclass, express gratitude for useful advice — and in the comments on such posts, other colleagues ask clarifying questions about how the event was organized or “what advice was given — we’re in the same situation”… Thanks to these publications, we get to know and understand each other better, and we mutually enrich ourselves with culture, knowledge, and experience.
Irina Baryshnikova, Development Manager of the Customer Service Department and Service Department Manager, DHL Express in Russia
I’d like to say a big thank you to “Pryaniki” (not just here, but for the entire project in general, though here it’s a separate matter), because they carefully prepared us for the launch, taught us everything, and offered many useful ideas for engagement.
Olga Gnelitsa, Head of the Call Center PJSC Rostelecom, MRF North‑West
We not only met the plan but also increased sales by an average of 20% compared to the same period in the previous year. Another important result we achieved is the growth in the efficiency and popularity of our internal training school. We conducted all the training in‑house, and it was important when field staff — experts in their field — became trainers and taught their colleagues themselves. This is about morale, support, overall development, and status.
Anastasia Vinokurova, Head of Training and Development “Coca-Cola İçecek Kazakhstan”
