Each process can have its own questionnaire that the employee must fill out at the start: text fields, single or multiple choice answers, matrix, date-time, etc. Fields can be grouped into blocks and marked as required or optional.

Process structure

Each process has its own life cycle funnel: approvals, voting, evaluation, etc. For each stage of the funnel, there are rules for assigning responsible persons manually or automatically, deadlines, reminders, and other conditions are set up to automate the process as much as possible.

Display Framework

The flexibility of the constructor is provided not only by its functional «stuffing», but also by display options suitable for a particular process: you can show process objects in the format of a social network feed, bullet list, kanban board, or even a showcase of fancy cards (for example, to vote for the best employee or photo contest).
